metal sheets offer maximum resistance to wear & tear.
Perforated metal sheets find applications for strainers, Coarse
filters and screens for seiving, straining, filtering, grading
& polishing processes. Metal sheets are punched / perforated
with different types of holes in various perforation patterns
to suit individual application.
Material of Construction
In addition to Mild Steel, Galvanised Iron & Stainless
Steel sheets, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Aluminium, Nickel, Lead,
Tin plate & Zinc sheets can be perforated. Besides metal
sheets, Paper, Boards, Plastic, Rubber and Raxine sheets can
also be perforated within certain limitations

Hole Sizes
For Round Holes
Perforated range : 0.5 mm Dia to 75 mm Dia Holes
Holes can ber perforated with diameter equal to material thickness,
subject to distance between two holes.
For Sqaure Holes
Perforated range : 3 mm Dia to 75 mm Size
For Slot Holes
Slot length range from 6 mm to 75 mm and slot width range
from 0.5 mm to 25 mm
Slot can be perforated with the width lesser than material
thickness.
Sheet Size:
Sheets having thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 12 mm can be
perforated Sheets upto 3 metre width size can be perforated.
Applications
Perforated sheets find numerous applications ranging from
Acoustical, Food processing, Paper making, Electrical, Architectural,
Mining, Brewing & Decorative purposes. Certain specific
applications include 'Rice polisher screens', 'Sugar liners'
for sugar mills, 'Cable Trays' for Electrical Industry.
