We strongly believe that to maintain customers, they must be satisfied in each & every way. Hence we always adopt new ideas and methods to improve ourselves, which helps us to attract new customers as well as to maintain our regular buyers. We never allow any errors while production and we strictly follow the dimensions given to us by our customers.
Brass Components We do not compromise with the dimensions and hence with the quality. We use strong sea worthy corrugated cartons with 7 ply / 9 ply. Laminated with tar coated hessian cloth, properly marked the destination, lot size and number of individual carton, which helps our customer to separate the items, as shown in photograph.We do not allow to increase the weight of each carton more than 35 kg. We can also provide wooden case packing with 1 thick wood, if corrugated carton will not work. Inner boxpacked each piece in polythene and sealed to make it water proof. Several pieces are packed in 3 ply both side laminated corrugated boxes with description of size, quantity & item code. Several boxes are packed in carton or wooden case along with polythene. We can also provide skin packing or blister packing. Our current machinery includes : hot sealing and vacuum sealing machines. These allow us to package in following styles : * double blister packaging. * single blister on card, hot sealed packaging. * thin plastic vacuum sealed on card. |
